I’m a physical therapy student and CSCS. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and attending a Daru Strong Performance Seminar in Atlanta, GA. Phil is an incredible individual who is genuine and passionate about helping others. This podcast truly provides amazing content that I personally highly recommend. I also recommend following his YouTube and IG pages! His selfless commitment to the field is unparalleled. Thank you Phil!
Please get Mike Tyson on here and go into what Mike Tyson’s boxing, strength,
and conditioning training was really like instead of the many speculative articles that are online. Thanks!
Great and Informative Podcast
In both the Strength & Conditioning and MMA departments, Phil Daru is very knowledgeable and has "walked the walk" himself as well in both of those fields. He works with a lot of my clients, with rave reviews, down at American Top Team's headquarters in Coconut Creek, Florida...which is one of the best Mixed Martial Arts gyms in the world, as well as a state of the art facility in terms of Strength & Conditioning.
This podcast is very informative, has some very high profile guests, and is great to listen to. You can't go wrong by subscribing and listening to this podcast.
