Let's face it, coping with the loss of a loved one or friend can be one of the hardest things many of us face, and even though loss is a natural part of life it can be very difficult for many of us to deal with. Grief is an emotional response to a loss and while emotions can be very consuming, they are not permanent states and this doesn't have to last forever.
