I love down to earth practitioners! The relationship between food and emotion can be complex to say the least. Rande brings a compassionate voice and grounded perspective to this understanding. Her guests are open about their own struggles and contribute a wisdom only direct experience can provide. Anyone seeking healing, balance & support should deep dive on this podcast.

I feel pretty confident that you could peruse the interwebs forever and never find the special sauce with which Rande has created the Free Spirit Academy podcast, and the brilliant alchemy she creates with her well-picked and varied guests. She is a fabulous host, her passion colors every episode, and her unique curiosities and questions take each conversation to places you’ll be delighted they go. There is something for everyone here, particularly those of us who might otherwise think we are alone on our crazy food and body journeys and our desire to find our own brand of wholeness and wellness.
