From the Bleachers is the only podcast that recognizes that the Real Housewives franchise is a sport in which each woman cast for the show becomes a high-level player, competing to earn additional seasons of play and social media fame. Join Mandy & Sandra (The Real Housewives of Bend, Oregon), in a fun and quirky recap-style podcast, as we analyze all of the best plays made by our favorite women in reality TV, the Real Housewives.
We kick off the podcast with analyzing play in the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC), but can’t wait to dig into all of Bravo’s Real Housewives locations and seasons, including The Real Housewives of Orange County (RHOC), The Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY) reboot and legacy, The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), The Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ), The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH), The Real Housewives of Miami (RHOM), The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP), The Real Housewives of Dubai (RHODubai). Of course, we’d be remiss if we didn’t comment on the historical significance of those locations that were canceled: The Real Housewives of Dallas (RHOD) and The Real Housewives of Washington D.C. (RHODC).
Inspired by Game of Roses, aka GOR, we analyze all the play that happens during each episode. We love cast trips, taglines, glam squads, reunions and reunion seating, behind the scenes, breaking the fourth wall, producer manipulation, apologies, money, the edit, villains, rumors, drama and more!

RHONJ ERAS Tour and S14 Pre-Analysis
It’s the RHONJ Eras Tour!!! Join us as we revisit some Hall of Fame plays from past eras of RHONJ and also look forward to Season 14 by analyzing the S14 trailer and play styles of each of our RHONJ players. This episode, Mandy celebrates a new era of her life as she turns 50! (Happy Birthday, Mandy!!!) and she gets a special birthday message from a certain rookie RHOSLC player. This episode we coined some new terms, including: The Mean Girls Conference Call, Schmootzing, the Water Boy move and Camel Play. We also took a look into our crystal ball to make some predictions about who will be fired after this season! Will it be Teresa Giudice? Or Melissa Gorga? Or both?? And finally, we explore some of our own favorite life eras like starting relationships via blackberry messenger and crying at long distance phone call commercials. Sandra and Mandy discuss The Housewife and the Hustler Part 2. Mandy proclaims Tom Girardi a Dirty F***ing Dude but for some reason Sandra can’t quite land on one side of the fence or the other when it comes to Erika Jayne. We get to pull out our apology play rubric when Erika meets with the victims for the first time. Sandra continues to promote her singing career and rediscovers a 1980s favorite: cat’s cradle! Sandra and Mandy disagree on how afraid Erika is of her husband and they dive deep into their thoughts on Erika’s role in all of this lawyer-up play while they try to determine if Erika is a victim or a sociopath.
