We’re going back to church, y’all! In this special part two episode, host Shae welcomes Rev. Amelia Fulbright and Shan Schaffer of Just Texas, a program of Texas Freedom Network that is building a grassroots movement of faith leaders to fight for reproductive freedom, abortion access, and LGBQT equality for all Texans. Shae talks with our guests about mobilizing people of faith, bringing truth about reproductive healthcare to faith communities, and why repairing harm is an important part of movement work. We’ll dream together about a future where all of our congregations are spaces for community, mutual aid, ending stigma, and honoring the divine spark in each of us. Finally, you’ll hear about how your congregation can get connected to this work.
