Daily Food Intake; My morning food breakfast cornflakes and collagen protein bar by Bulletproof, legumes and nuts, Almonds peanuts, Walnuts, Pistachios. Bulletproof collagen protein bars are not gluten free even though is says it gluten free, not true it;s made in same facility as wheat products, for lunch bread I use Bob's Red Mill Multi Grain Gluten Free Bread and with my From The Heart Cheese American Cheese Dairy Free, made with Coconut Oil. Grill nuggets for me I choose Grill nuggets from Chick-Fil-A and Waffle Fries, and Ians Fish Sticks and Ians Chicken Nuggets, yellow boxes. NO beer, except gluten free Beer

Hello Everyone
Please allow me to introduce myself I am Joseph A. Camerieri aka "GF Joe" the original. I am leading expert on gluten free lifestyle. I have been gluten free not one week not 4 weeks not 1 year not 5 years, I have been gluten free for for 20 plus years. First 1-2 years was close to impossible.
What is gluten? What were my symptoms? This podcast is only 6 minutes long. Thank you for following me on Anchor and sharing this podcast. I have the best practical wisdom in gluten free lifestyle and diets. After a few FAMOUS infectious disease doctors in the Los Angeles COULD NOT figure OUT WHAT were MY SYMPTOMS Attributed TOO. I began a self discovery into my health. After getting a health book from my friends i read a chapter that had my symptoms exactly. I immediately did what the book told me to do and go on food deduction diet. it took me 2 weeks to figure it out, even the book said 4-8 weeks! IN the film business I do not have 4-8 weeks! Unfortunately wheat and gluten i could no longer eat, shower, soap with gluten. But God showed me I had bigger and healthier options while building my character. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING.
