Fantastic Podcast
I love listening to this podcast. Not only is the quality superb (and much better than many other podcasts that I listent to), but Dr. Jonathan has a wonderful way of inviting the listener in to a conversation about a multitude of difficult topics. He easily blends seriously theological discouse, practical everyday living, and humorous commentary on the human condition. The wit, honesty, and multiplicity of commentary offered on this podcast is far above and beyond others within similar fields.
This is not from God
I really wished this was a show about bringing the Gospel to LGBTQ people. It’s not.
When you begin with the belief that LGBTQ people need a “miracle” to be “delivered” from being LGBTQ, then the gospel you preach can’t be of Jesus.
My prayer, Smitty, is that God will open your heart to see LGBTQ people as the beautiful people whom God created exactly as they are. I know that being is an awesome gift God has given me.
Totally Down to Earth and Relevant!
This is a great Christian podcast. I love the conversational and light hearted style of Smitty - he's both a Reverend and a Doctor but he goes by Smitty - that's humble character and makes him down to earth. Yet, this engaging podcast is mixed with SOLID theology, broken down into useable context. Love it!
