The GracePointe Church of Christ (GracePointe) honors the authority of God’s word as seen in the spiritual principles applied to the life of the early church in the New Testament. We recognize our own responsibility to faithfully practice those principles in the context of our contemporary culture as we pursue God’s mission of inviting all people to a relationship with Christ. As we seek to imitate Jesus Christ in our individual walk and in our community life as the Community of Christ.

A Spirit Led Community
So what does a church look like when it is being led by the Spirit and stays “in step” with the Spirit? Well, it looks like a balance of giving and receiving from each other as we live the life of the Spirit. We seek to restore with gentleness (a fruit of the spirit) and we bear each other’s burdens as we attend to our own struggles. We realize that our actions and behaviors go beyond ourselves into the lives of others, and we love others by the way we treat them…both in respect to their Spiritual life and the treatment of sin among us. This is a call for real spiritual community, not legalistic cultic enterprise!
