"We are all the hero in our own movie."  Actor, writer, producer and semi professional footballer Ralf Little chats to Victoria Blunt about being a child actor, ignoring his nemesis, writing his own work, and dealing with advice from mums.

Ralf became a household name when at 18 he left his medical studies to become Antony Royale in Caroline Aherne's hit comedy, 'The Royale Family'.  His career went from strength to strength, as he took on the leading role of Johnny in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, which ran for 6 series, and appeared in mutliple films and TV shows, whilst also enjoying a successful career in theatre.

"The role of the gatekeeper is to keep the gates open".  Casting director Matilda James chats to Victoria Blunt from the other side of the table! They discuss the role of a casting director, some audition do's and DEFINITE don'ts, and her vision for the re-opening of theatres in the UK this spring.

Matilda is a freelance casting director who has worked all across the UK, on the West End and on Broadway.  As previous head of casting at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, she knows a thing or two about the industry, and is generous enough to offer tips and advice which you wont want to miss.

Steve is the co-writer of hits like The League of Gentlemen, Inside Number 9, Mapp & Lucia, and Psychoville.  As an actor, he has been a staple of British TV since the 1990s, working on everything from Benidorm to Killing Eve.
