Last November my husband, the former BBC Panorama and ITN broadcaster Richard Lindley, died following a lorry accident. Richard had lived with Alzheimer’s for three years and was very frail, but thankfully he always knew me. I have spent a year trying to accept his death and want to share my journey with you, in the hope something I say could be helpful and that I may learn from you.

I am aiming to post a new episode every Friday and Monday for the rest of the year. Each episode is also available on YouTube.
