Hello lovely listeners.
We have a very raw and vulnerable episode for you this morning. This is our last episode of the year! We are taking a break and we'll be back in your ears next year.

Initially this episode was going to be an end of year wrap up - it turned into something very different to say the least.
Kat shares a very special announcement. We unpack everything around this huge stage in life.
Aimee share's some reflections from the year.

Pregnancy is often considered a joyous and exciting time. Grief can be a confusing and unwelcome visitor in a time often filled with anticipation.

We hope this allows one person that might be experiencing something similar to feel seen, heard and understood.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your support on our tiny poddy this year. We can't wait to bring you more deep dives on all things psychology in 2024!!

Lots of love,
Aimee + Kat
