Good governance and resilience are highly intertwined. A resilient board deals with change and crisis effectively, while staying true to the organisation’s purpose. In line with the sanitary regulations, the GUBERNA Director’s Day took place on 23 February 2021 as a fully digital event, combining joint sessions - broadcasted live from the GUBERNA Home of Governance – with interactive breakout sessions in small digital groups.
