Let's Start Listening To Other People Instead of Trying To Fix Them

Would You Rather Be Listened To or Fixed?
Sometimes, we feel that the best thing to do when someone tells us about their lives is offer our best advice to fix it. But if you pause for a minute and ask yourself, has that ever really worked? You would see that the answer is no. However, if you just sit and listen to a person, you will be astounded by how good they will feel after the conversation, and so will you.
If you want to help someone, don't try to fix them, just listen.

HappyNSingle has given me peace

When I learned about this podcast, I was skeptic. I’m not one who listens to podcasts. But I was wondering at the time how do I become happier with the present, and the ways that my life is going. After two episodes that I scanned through and listened to, I realized that this podcast has given me spiritual, heavenly peace. The podcast host Joseph Andersen is a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and it was easy for me to see how he got some of his spiritual inspirations. He also uses material shared in this podcast that comes from diverse sources, and that’s what I like.

Andersen’s voice is angelic, the advice he’s offered me both through personal interaction and through this podcast has enabled me to take life by the horns, pause the movie of my life for a second, minute, or taking the next best step forward for me at the moment and take charge of my life at the present. I didn’t go into this podcast in a depression. I started listening to this podcast when I felt at the time that I’m doing better than I was a year ago, trying to be spiritually the person that I want to be. This podcast is worth a listen over several episodes to really feel it’s great, peaceful effect. It’s sort of become the ear medicine that I needed to charge my mood, change my perception about loving myself, taking uncomfortable steps, and realize some of the ways that I think, and that some things, are okay, and that you can really find yourself in ways that you do not expect. Joseph’s podcast for me, is quality life improvement on an on and off day by day basis.

So, this podcast in all reality, should be 10 stars.
