Two local coaches who boast numerous premierships across some of the best local football competitions in Victoria join me in speaking about community football, success, philosophy, and culture amongst a huge range of other coaching topics. When Eddie Jones approaches two Australians to become part of his coaching group behind the scenes you know they must posses a high amount of talent. Corinne & Neil do just that in this recent episode. His podcast is where others wont where he brings together some of the worlds leading coaches, leaders, and thinkers to produce some amazing content for the aspiring coach or leader. Marc & Tamara are both AFL Level 3 accredited coaches who come from very interesting backgrounds. Marc, currently a pro tennis coach and Richmond VFL Assistant coach has an amazing journey which starts on the tennis court. Tamara was a pro golfer internationally for 6 years before coming home and trying her hand at coaching and is the current Sandringham Dragons Womens 18s Head coach. Lee or as we know him "Aussie" the founder of "Valley Vicious" a facebook site that generates plenty of banter and humour surrounding the characters that make up the Yarra Valley sporting community. It also generates a huge amount of awareness and fundraising dollars for Rett syndrome which is a neurodevelopment condition that his daughter Gypsy has. It's a story of a guy who has built a cult following through the power of social media and local sport as the vehicle. Simon Dalrymple is a recruiter at the Sydney Swans F.C in the AFL. Simon has a great journey from teaching, head coaching, development and current recruiting philosophies. Simon was Head of recruiting during the time that the Western Bulldogs were crowned  Premiers in 2016.
