    How Can You Replicate the Intensity of a Post-Season Environment in Practice?

When your primary rim protector or lead ball-handler picks up two quick fouls in the first quarter, it doesn't just change your rotation; it changes your team's aggressiveness and identity. Most fouls at the youth and high school levels occur because defenders "reach" when they are beat or "bring their hands down" when contesting a shot.     How Can You Protect Your Athletes with Proactive Injury Prevention and Management?
