How Seasonal Planning Could Help With the Overwhelm Happy Women Travel More

    • Self-Improvement

I don’t know about you, but there are some weeks where I am literally just winging it day-by-day.

And months where I just take it week-by-week.

And then there is the occasional Sunday where I do make the time to sit down and get a handle on my work to-dos, plan out our meals, and start the week with a tidy house - but it’s usually a one-off.

But as a busy working mom, I can tell you that none of those approaches have been doing it for me - and my recent experience with my schedule has been total overwhelm.

I have known for a while that something needs to shift, and the answer to the overwhelm has appeared to me in the form of seasonal planning - and I’m going ALL IN.

I’ve been geeking out over the idea of planning everything from work tasks to dinner to friends' weekends…

And from when I want to have my tea, fit in a workout, and enjoy reading my book.

And the best part about this approach is you pretty much only have to do this 4 times a year.

Even though I’m still in the thick of it, I can’t NOT share this with you in case it is the thing you’ve been missing, too.

Would love to hear from you if you already do some type of seasonal planning, or if you plan to implement this after this episode!
