Jessi believes that discussions are the missing ingredient in removing the stigma surrounding mental health. Because of this, she’s on a mission to help those around her feel valid, heard, and appreciated in their mental health struggles and know they’re not alone.

In addition to her media appearances, Jessi has presented to thousands of people at numerous universities and organizations nationwide including Missouri State University and Fairygodboss.
 
Jessi holds a BA in psychology from the University of Minnesota. Outside of her professional life, Jessi is a K9 search and rescue trainee and a proud pet mom.
