Having up and down performance is frustrating as a coach, so this week we talked a lot about consistency. In the episode, we discuss:
* Maintaining focus through the end of the season
* Staying consistent from practice to practice and game to game
* Using positive momentum, and stopping negative momentum
* Refocusing between games using routines
* Staying in your ideal energy zone
* Getting feedback from the players about what they need from practice to get better

You can use this Pre-Game Routine worksheet before each game (and between games) to get yourself in the right mindset to compete! Have your girls complete the worksheets individually, then share with a partner for added support. 🙂
