Imposter Syndrome seems to be the biggest buzz phrase lately in the coaching world and we are creating more of it by being so focused on it and labeling ourselves with it. 

Its a form of self doubt described as 'the fear of people thinking I'm a fraud' and it comes from our feeling of lack when we compare ourselves with people who are at the top of whatever niche we are in.

Unlike most forms of self doubt or self worth, Imposter Syndrome comes from us stepping into new areas and its just a different form of the 'voice' that we get from our subconscious trying to hold us back. 

Here's the kicker, its the comparison that causes the feeling of lack and we are in control of what we focus on.

Furthermore, when we label ourselves as having imposter syndrome, we are also labeling ourselves as a fraud which is not true.
