Mary encourages you in these moments to come back to love and allow it to dissolve any fear that may arise. This meditation will give you some time to pause and think about how you can bring love into our world. This is where your power lies. You will be given the opportunity to connect with your breath, allowing yourself permission to feel open to feeling safe, feeling calm, feeling peace, and feeling whole. You’ll be invited to check in with your body to see where you need to release any tension, pain, or holding. And by the end of this meditation you will will be able to feel the love no matter where you are and even be able to extend it out to the people and places around the world who are hurting.
