    Join Mary in her series of guided meditations that are 15 minutes or less.
    It’s the perfect way to start or end your day without taking up much time.  
    These meditations are perfect for beginners and seasoned students of meditation. 
    What do you need?
    - A quiet place for meditation (even your car works!)
    - A comfortable place to sit (chair or cushion)
    - That’s all!
    The gift of a guided meditation is that all you have to do is sit there and follow Mary’s voice. You don’t need to know how to meditation to do this meditation. 
    Today’s meditation will be focused on flooding the body with LIGHT. With fear and panic swirling around the atmosphere, this meditation will help call in the LIGHT at the highest vibration in, on and around your body. There is a lot that we can’t control in our lives, but our mental and emotional state we do have control over. Give yourself the give of realigning today to find your center. Mary will guide you through visualizing your breath as the breath of life, and invite you to permeate your entire being from the inside out with light. By the end of the meditation you will have connected to Source and be able to see your body and all that is as whole, safe and calm.

Mary encourages you in these moments to come back to love and allow it to dissolve any fear that may arise. This meditation will give you some time to pause and think about how you can bring love into our world. This is where your power lies. You will be given the opportunity to connect with your breath, allowing yourself permission to feel open to feeling safe, feeling calm, feeling peace, and feeling whole. You’ll be invited to check in with your body to see where you need to release any tension, pain, or holding. And by the end of this meditation you will will be able to feel the love no matter where you are and even be able to extend it out to the people and places around the world who are hurting.
