Today on the Weight Loss For Women Over 40 Podcast we are talking about How To Stop Comparing Yourself To Others
Do you find yourself looking at other people and thinking “they have nice flat stomach” and wishing you had that….you might think ”they must have good genetics”  or “they must be lucky” OR “they must not work at a job and workout all day long”…Why do you compare yourself to others and how this can hurt and HELP you in your weight loss journey… all on today’s episode of Weight Loss for Women Over 40!
 
When you work with me, you will not get a meal plan or calories to count….or some shake regime or pills you have to take. 
In fact, my motto is “no foods are off limits!”
There is no diet in my programs. There is no restriction or deprivation.
No insane workouts to do…most of the workouts I give my clients average under 30 minutes. I’ve had clients lose weight only doing 5 minute workouts a few times a week.

Hey! How are you doing today! Like SERIOUSLY….how are you doing today?? This question tends to become habit right after “hi…” but do you REALLY want to know how they are doing?? I was just at a networking event and I was talking to a women I hadn't seen in awhile and I asked her how she was doing….I GENUINELY care and want to know!! And I could see she was verbally saying “fine” but her face and mannerism said otherwise. I looked at her and said “is it not good?” …Now we are not besties. But my heart went out to whatever it is she is actually dealing with. We all have things that we are dealing with. The next time you ask someone “how are you doing?” check and see if you really mean it.
