    I Am... On Supercompensation

    I Am... On Supercompensation

This theory shows how the physical body – through rest and recovery – can adapt positively to stress induced by training sessions. This conversation explores how “supercompensation” (first put forth by Russian scientist Nikolai N. Yakovlev in 1949–1959) might provide an interesting model for how we relate to our mental and emotional challenges too. John Amaechi OBE is the BEST

I first listened to John Amaechi on the Dan Lebatard Show years ago. They are very close and respected friends.

John brings a positive light to the world and I’ve never regretted listening to him speak from his heart, for one minute. Listen and you’ll fall in love with John too.
