If anyone needs a leader to help you find your place in leadership. Shaniequa Washington has it. She will build you to make you understand you Roll! Her famous phrase love me through leadership, lord! She is the best female manager I have ever worked for! If any one of you follow sports, she is the Tim Tebow! The Hardest Part Of Doing Anything Is Finishing
O.K. just stumbled over this station BUT LISTEN, I don't know if this is all for me or what!!!!! I am a very creative individual and somtimes I feel like sequals are going off in my head and I am always jumping on the next wave of creativity. This have impacted me on so many occassions because I can never really find what Shaniequa called that "Sweet Spot". I never want to just pass an opportunity down, but listening to this podcast made me realize I really have not mastered or shaped my true genius! If you have not stopped at this spot and listened to these podcasts you are missng the boat!
