My Abuser Apologized To Me
It took me a while to post this one. Please know that even though an abuser apologizes, there's probably an underlying reason that has more to do with their internal struggles verses a sincere apology. Often, apologies are another way for the abuser to manipulate and control.

Phone beeps and dings throughout episode
This is very hard to listen to. Host voice is faint, so I turned up volume; but host coughing and sounds of her phone receiving texts/calls/notifications are loud and distracting.
