Just listened to Rit and Lyle interviews, very in depth, illustrative of the formative jazz fusion era, and revealing. No holes barred, gloves are off, and artists talking openly about their actions individual challenges to achieve jazz fluency on their terms.

Great conversations, spotty production quality

Great podcast but if you are going to do these interviews with important artists. Do them the honor of a good production. Poor audio quality, constant background music... amateurish.

Very nice interview with Jethro Tull's Ian Anderson

Very interesting to listen to a wildly successful and long-lasting eclectic progressive rocker Ian Anderson talking about his jazz influences.
