There is no silent majority to save us in a general election. Instead we must create an effective, tireless minority. Effective is the operative word. I explain why I am pessimistic about the European Right capitalizing on its victories in the EU elections, given the lack of coherent, godly world vision on today’s Right and lack of governing talent. Part of effective governing talent is having a successful legal movement. We’re joined today by Brian Festa, a civil rights attorney from We the Patriots USA who has been fighting COVID tyranny in the courts. He explains why a new Ninth Circuit ruling might lead to the collapse of vaccine mandates for many types of vaccines because it will now force companies to prove their efficacy. This is the first time “the science” will actually be on trial, a fact-finding debate that the other side can’t win. He is also very hopeful that we will be able to hold Pfizer accountable for deceptive trade practices, even under the liability shield of the Prep Act. We need effective red-state legislators and litigators to actually rectify the “Great Reset.” Elections alone will not change anything.

First we begin with the week in review of the political news and how conservative media is deluding itself into thinking the current electoral strategy will work out well. We already are irrevocably divided and balkanized. But under the current order, we are balkanized from a position of weakness – with the Left controlling many rural areas of America. It’s time we balkanize the same way the Left has already done in urban America. The most advanced movement following this strategy is “Greater Idaho.” We’re joined today by Matt McCaw, executive director of the group leading the effort to break off Oregon's eastern 18 counties to form a Greater Idaho. Matt goes through the organization's successes at the county and state legislative levels to advance the cause. It will be a challenge to get the Oregon legislature to sign off on this, but if we turn up the temperature and begin acting with a balkanized mindset, we can turbocharge a country class rebellion against urban wokeness.

COVID, BLM, and the invasion were not enough to get the GOP on war footing. Will the Trump indictment create a revolution? Sadly, nothing will change. Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) is engaging in kabuki theater to pretend to be outraged but continues to fund the prosecutions. I offer all the different ways the GOP could fight back on the fiscal year 2025 budget bill, yet Johnson, with the support of Trump himself, will continue funding this. Furthermore, I note how we could have a knock-down, drag-out fight over the border – with states deporting illegal aliens, the GOP House refusing to sign off on the budget bill, and state AGs prosecuting Biden for human trafficking. Instead, we are electing the same Republicans in primaries who will do nothing.
