A collective of conversations that inspire and encourage runners who know deep down that the world we want to create already exists and that we all play a role in bringing it to life. Join former professional runner and life-long athlete, Tina Muir in this unique running podcast. We don’t talk with professional runners about their wins, what shoes to wear, or what training is best. Instead, we relate every experience back to you, and love to think hard about the questions and dialogue you want to listen to and learn from.

While we bring on well-known guests like Rich Roll, Kara Goucher, Michael Gervais, David Epstein, Alison Desir, and Des Linden, these are not the same old conversations. It’s more like overhearing two friends talking about the deep thoughts that weigh on our hearts daily. Join us in discovering the power of running, why our sport has always been part of humanity, and how we can use it as a tool for realizing our truest self, uplifting our communities, celebrating cultures, and taking care of our Mother Earth.

Mary Cain: How the Running Community Can Support Each Other

Joining us live from Beacon, New York last weekend was Mary Cain. We gathered at Tracksmith’s Outpost in Beacon, where they’re set up for the summer. After a trail run up Mount Beacon on Sunday, we had a BBQ in the back yard of the Outpost and got to listen to Tina and Mary have this conversation.

Running Family

Tina has truly created a family with her podcast. I have not and probably will not meet any of my fellow runners who listen to her and who do the together runs, but I feel then running with me throughout the week and THAT is powerful in a time of isolation and uncertainty. Love to you all!

Great guided audio run with Tina

Loved my first guided run with Tina. It was a progression workout, really excellent. Kudos to Tina for recording so well as she ran.
I only wish I could keep up with her fast footsteps! Tina’s run was fun, supportive and challenging. I like her style and accompaniment, which is more real than many of the guided runs on NRC. I look forward to further runs with Tina!

Love running with Tina

So grateful for the together runs with Tina. Usually the high point of my Monday. I did not read that today would be a workout so wasn’t really prepared but tried my best, thanks for the inspiration.
