Yesterday Felt Like a Holiday...
Episode 35 was a delight to record. Our Side A features a beautiful cover of Paul Simon’s Graceland by Justin Townes Earle - a brilliant songwriter who built his own legend but couldn’t outrun the darkness that came with it. Our Side B features legendary singer, songwriter, and musician Chris Cornell and his band Soundgarden. Their song Black Hole Sun was covered beautifully by the jazz pianist Brad Mehldau.
