A podcast about movies and the movies that inspired them. A good movie is the result of a large number of people both in front of and behind the camera combining to create a piece of art… But what about the movies that came before that inspired those filmmakers to make the movie? On Piecing It Together we figure out what the clear (and not so clear) influences were that make up the movies we love.

Great show!
Top flight movie review podcast that is very in depth, and often looks at things from angles that other shows don’t! Check it out!
Endless movie fun!
This show is a joy to listen to! David brings amazing and unique guests that provide some unique perspectives and knowledge to new releases. The live episodes are a must to check out if you’re in vegas!
Your place to find new movie recommendations!
I've had the fortune of being on Piecing It Together twice and each time has been a joy. David's cultivated a great show, bringing on insightful guests to talk about the way art connects us as people. Art doesn't exist in a vacuum; it's molded by experience and environment, so to discuss movies using this idea only feels natural. I love this podcast and can only hope the inevitable Piecing It Together cross-country tour makes its way to Dallas!
