Worth the listen
And I make 5!! So glad you are back for the new season. I really enjoy the interchange between you and you sound like a fun couple. Your podcast stands out because you are actually baking some of the challenges. Your reports of the results makes this an interesting, fun and educational listen.
Bagels
For a great NY bagel, you need a very hot oven, I think brick oven traditional. Pizza ovens are used too. Must be at least partially crispy on the outside. Chewy, not like a roll inside.
