Vast baseball knowledge but...

Gabby definitely has baseball knowledge, but needs to take some pauses when she talks and change the inflection. Hard to listen when she just goes on and on without pauses (except for ads of course). Maybe just slow down a bit.

Just Okay

The insights are just so so and I have not been listening regularly since the hosts changed. The audio quality is also poor. Gabby’s mic sounds very echoey. I now only listen to select episodes based on specific Sox news.

Goodbye for now

I have been listening to this podcast for a long time. I got the tail end of the original guys (forget their names) I was stoked when Gabrielle took it back over only to be disappointed when she, despite knowing her stuff, refused to talk about what was actually going on with the Sox and only released an episode every couple of weeks. Luckily Lauren and Jason came on and saved it! Then Jake came in, Lauren and Jake had amazing chemistry and were both entertaining and informative. When they moved on, Gabby took over. I have been really really trying to give her a chance but 5 months in, I just can’t do it anymore. She says the same thing over and over. I honestly think I hear the same piece of analysis 10 times in one episode sometimes it’s twice in the same sentence. She constantly mispronunces words, misuses words, and misquotes sayings. To top it off her voice is just tough to listen to. She is somehow both yelling and monotone. She pauses several times in every sentence with inflection as if she’s asking a question. So today? … the Red Sox fired?…. Chaim bloom, which I?… think may have been the right decision? I appreciate the passion but I can not listen to the podcast anymore there just isn’t enough quality analysis so I find myself hyperfixating on the voice. It’s tough. I listen to 6 other locked on shows but I can’t do LO Red Sox anymore until we have a new host or at least a cohost.
