    Say It Ain't So

    Say It Ain't So

Join us as we talk on insecurities as women!  It's so easy to get a thought in our minds and not let it go.  We instead allow it to fester up and cause us more problems.  Sometimes we even allow it to consume us and control us.

What God says about you is the only thing that matters!  You are made in the image of God and you are beautiful.  Stop doubting your beauty, stop doubting your calling, stop doubting your parenting, stop doubting being a wife.  You are capable, called and chosen!

    Ride or Die

    Ride or Die

When looking up "ride or die" in Urban Dictionary it says: when you are willing to do anything for someone you love or someone you really appreciate in your life. The person who you stand by in any problem and vice versa.   The term "ride till the end or die trying"

Friendships should be thick and thin.  In all seasons, the good and the bad, the highs and the lows.  We often are scared to let anyone too close because we worry our problems will scare them off or we worry that they'll hurt us,

In this episode we discuss personal friendships we've had and how we can't put expectations on them.  We should be the friend we want to have.  Naomi and Ruth's friendship stemmed from a tragic time and in that season, they drew closer to one another.

Do you have at least one ride or die?

    Prepare and Let God Lead

    Prepare and Let God Lead

How often do you prepare for things?  Rather it be meal prepping for the week, preparing for a test, preparing for a job, preparing for your calling.  You must prepare in order for it to be successful.  For me personally, if I don't meal prep for the week, I fail miserably at not having healthy foods to eat and I'm more likely to run out and get fast food for lunch.

Preparation takes prayer, preparation isn't always easy.  It takes discipline and obedience.  But God prepares every detail in our lives just like He's preparing a place for us.  Think about Noah and the preparation that took place prior and during building the Ark.  God trusted Noah and Noah prepared for exactly what God asked of him.

    Walk It Out

    Walk It Out

We are back after a much needed spring break off!  It's hard to believe this is episode 10 in season 5.

I'm sure you've all heard of walk the talk before.  We are good at talking the walk but are we actually walking the talk?  We know the right things to say to other people in their trials and difficulties but we don't always use those in our own lives when walking through the very things.

In this episode we talk on walking it out in your relationship with Christ, your trauma and your purpose/calling.  We share some personal examples of what it's been like to walk out certain things in our own lives and how it was even painful at times.

We aren't meant to do life alone and we don't have to.  We've been created to walk it out with others in their difficulties and we also should rest and find peace in knowing that God is walking it out right along with us every step of the way.  You are never alone!

    Deal to Heal

    Deal to Heal

Today we are talking forgiveness.  Forgiveness is hard and quite frankly we are all guilty of holding grudges and not wanting to forgive.  How often have you said, I'll forgive you but I'll never forget?  We both have!  But in those situations, do we truly even forgive them?

In this episode we get honest about situations in our own lives that have caused us to store up bitterness and un-forgiveness.  We talk about realizing the need to forgive and the freedom that comes with doing so.

Jesus died on the cross for our sins, to forgive us.  Do we deserve it?  Absolutely not!  So when we think about how they don't deserve our forgiveness, we should remind ourselves of that.  Forgiveness doesn't mean you have to continue on in a normal relationship with them like it never happened.  Forgiveness is the freedom you need for yourself to walk in freedom and begin healing.  Did you know that if we don't forgive others that Christ doesn't forgive us?  You can find that in scripture at Matthew 6:14-15.
