Awesome pod
As an expat Aussie living in central Arkansas, here in the U.S this is a great pod for keeping up what’s going on in the league back home.
Ok but latest episode was unprofessional
Usually like this podcast but I had to turn off the “80% gibber 20% footy” episode after less than 10 minutes because of Caryannis constantly and audibly rolling a throat lozenge around In his mouth - and not bothering to take it out while he was talking. It was distracting, annoying and unprofessional and it may be an indication of how much Caryannis prioritizes his other broadcast side gigs over doing the podcast put out by his main employer. This podcast is still good but has clearly slipped a bit from last year, when it wasn’t unusual for me to replay episodes because the conversation was so interesting and/or humorous. Haven’t done that once during the current season.
