I listened to your most recent episode and love the energy you bring to it.
I totally agree with what Jeremy Ivany has said about buying properties that are close to each other. This would be a big advantage and will lessen a few things such as gasoline especially now that oil prices have skyrocketed, time to travel from one place to another- not to mention money you spend along the way!
You combined the right amount of information and humor in such a way that anyone tuning in can get something they can take away. Keep up the good work!
