Join us for our first episode back, as we talk to Kenneth Anderlitch, the newly minted trans-Texas FKT holder. Ken recently ran from El Paso, TX to Logansport, LA in 20 days. He did all this to raise money (currently over $50,000!) for Pay It Forward San Antonio, an organization that provides clean, sober living environments for people recovering from substance abuse. Ken is our friend, training partner, and teammate. We're also joined by his stellar crew captains, Steve Carter and Roel Gonzalez. We hope you enjoy this episode!

This podcast is an awesome companion on your run
True story. I was on a long run on a random Sunday listening to this podcast. Apparently the president of my run club saw me and was whooping and hollering but I never saw or heard him because I was too into the podcast. They book awesome guests and they’re both really cool people!
Only thing I would say they need to improve is their sound quality could be a little better. Not a deal breaker though
Great podcast about running, and inspiratio!
Aaron and Ryan bring such great knowledge to this show, also very entertaining! With great knowledge comes the great content. And I’m absolutely hooked!
