Educational, Insightful and Fun — Fired Up!
I never thought I’d get so much out of a podcast dedicated to the landscape of hot sauce — but here we are!
Recognizing food as a “conduit of culture” is exactly what Dantrel is doing here in the podcast — not only does he highlight nuances of food culture, regions and the hot sauces that are available in our world but also highlighting the leaders and notable flavor-pioneers who are bringing the heat.
Storytelling, personality and education all wrapped up in one short, well produced episode. On point!

I don’t even rock with hot sauce like that just because I never really have it. But this podcast makes me want at least a lil sumn sumn on me at all times! It’s fun and engaging and bite-sized and I’m into it!
