Most DYNAMIC Running Podcast!
This Podcast just keeps getting better and BETTER! I appreciate how much Research the Host (Chico) does on the Guests. It shows during the conversation and he brings out the best in them. He doesn't waste anytime, so I can push play and immediately enjoy on my run. The stories told are very inspiring, motivating, and shows us that WE TOO - can accomplish our running goals!
