while i dont know her personally, sophia seems like a lovely person and i love listening to her podcast. im a teenager struggling w very similar topics to those she discusses now and those that she discusses dealing with in her teen years, so its comforting and gives me a sense of community. i dont know, maybe shes not the person i should be looking to, but shes kinda like that one friend who you are aware isnt perfect but would still be your first call. none of us are perfect, please stop sending hate her way without reason or evidence that she’s done anything wrong.

I like the topics she discusses on mental health, and confidence. I also followed her on ig I’ve been very supportive of her, I interact in her posts, dm her and even bought her paradigm shift journal. She never sees dms though, doesn’t appreciate support, which kind of threw me off tbh.
