Good show

I really enjoy this show and I find Kathy and Jay to both be knowledgeable and helpful.

A couple of things I’ve come to enjoy is how neither of them are really prescribing a system and also how they reject the premise that productivity means grinding 24/7; sometimes things come up and you have to take things easier or maybe that day is going to be a struggle.

Must Listen

Kathy and Jay are a breath of fresh air approaching wellness and productivity through a new lens. It’s light hearted banter that holds deep meaning.

This one is on my immediately listen list.

Real People, Real Silly

Love this show so much it’s an instant listen every time it appears in my feed. Jay and Kathy have such warm, bubbly, wonderful personalities, and wide interests, just like I do, so I feel like I can really connect with their advice and their stories. They touch on the aspects of productivity that other podcasts avoid, like what do you do when you cannot push through the brain fog and how to manage your life when you have a chronic physical or mental health issue but still want to create great things. Productivity isn’t about just checking off tasks but about living your life the way you want to, and I want to get things done while I laugh and be silly and have fun. Wonderful people, wonderful show, will listen to episodes over and over again to gain new wisdom
