    September 28th was International Safe Abortion Day, an annual day of action in support of the right to safe abortion. On October 2nd, 2021, the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America held a pañuelazo demonstration at Schenley Plaza sharing the symbol of the panuelo, the green scarf used in mass demonstrations throughout Latin America.

    In this episode, we speak with the organizers of that demonstration and two reproductive health workers from Allegheny Reproductive Health Center on the recent attacks on Roe v. Wade and the future of abortion access in America.
