    Client experience is at an all-time low across the board. We recently moved from Austin to Atlanta and the moving truck had a few other houses to deliver before they could get to ours, so we had to stay in a hotel. Between the tablecloth we had to use as a blanket, the overwhelming smell, and the expensive and horrible breakfast, we checked out early.
    We are seeing this everywhere. Companies blamed it on Covid, but we are long past that excuse. Many are deciding not to hire, to let their client experience suffer, and keep the price the same, or higher, because it’s better for their bottom line.
    As high end coaches, we need to step out and make sure our client experience is worth the price. Is there support inside your container that helps when they get stuck? A client that feels seen and cared for will usually not ghost you. They will finish your program and you’ll have their loyalty forever.

    Selling With Guaranteed Results

    Imagine being able to market your program with a 99% success rate. Imagine being able to honestly make that claim. What would that do to make you stand out from the rest?
    Think of airlines. Commercial airlines have far fewer seats available than people who want them. They don’t guarantee that you’ll get to your destination on time, but that’s the risk you take and there isn’t really any competition. Now, if you want guarantees, and are willing to pay more, there are chartered flights that do just that. That’s what you want to be to your high-end clients.
    High-end coaches take responsibility for their clients’ results. They don’t just let their clients sink or swim. They are results-driven, they fix the offer if clients aren’t getting results, they take responsibility, and they don’t pass the buck.
    I’ve seen a lot of advice to scale as fast as you can. The problem with that is most people can’t handle a huge influx of clients and results get ignored because they’re too overwhelmed. 
    Here are some things you can tweak to level up your offer and get better results:
    Are there different ways to reach current clients? Maybe calls don’t work for them.What is the accountability system?Can you integrate some personality styles or human design in order to help them more effectively?What mindset blocks are they encountering?Are the results actually measurable?

    Welcome to season 2! In this season we’re going to talk a lot about high ticket offers and how to actually sell those offers. But, how do you actually build a high ticket offer? What if you don’t believe your offer will sell?
    I’ll start with a story. My grandfather was called multiple times to repair a leaking refrigerator. He could never find the leak, but there would continue to be water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. His last time at the house, he saw the owner’s dog hit the ice dispenser in order to eat a few ice cubes, leaving some on the floor. Problem solved.
    Sometimes, we get stuck on the wrong problem and create a story around what it must mean. In this episode and this season we’ll talk about:

PURE GOLD for coaches who want sales at the high-end of the market

Just rapidly binge-listened to all 13 of the first episodes…and wish there were more! LeighAnn tells it to us straight, with sales psychology and high-end marketing tips to connect with clients who are savvy, sophisticated, global, and well-versed in the internet landscape of 2021. If those are the kinds of coaching clients you want to attract (and a probably a good description of you as well!), then you might be binge-listening too. I appreciate how LeighAnn interweaves valuable, up-to-date sales lessons based on luxury brand strategies with her personal stories as a country music singer, mom, wife, international traveler, and long-time entrepreneur. So many gems, but my top insight has to be the kind of agenda to set for an otherwise “anti sales script” sales call - this is definitely how I like to buy and want to sell.
