    The plaintiff says the defendants are her former roommates. She claims they kicked her out and left her homeless, plus they owe her money, so she’s suing. The defendants claim the plaintiff rented a room and damaged the walls, had too much stuff to fit in her room, and brought roaches.
    The plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter, who won’t repay a loan. She’s suing for her hard-earned money back. The defendant claims her mother gave her the money so she could claim the defendant on her taxes, so she doesn’t owe.
    The plaintiff says the defendant is a friend of a friend. He claims she stiffed him on some repair work and abandoned him by the side of the road when he delivered the vehicle to her home. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant insists the plaintiff not only didn’t fix the car but also made it worse. She had to hire another mechanic to correct the issue.

    The plaintiff says her son is the defendant. He bought a car from her and failed to pay, so she’s suing. The defendant claims she signed the title over to him and says she couldn’t use it anyway. He’s countersuing for emotional distress.
    The plaintiffs say they signed a one-year lease with the defendant, but she was a nightmare landlord. They had no hot water in winter and had to move out. Now she won’t return their security deposit, so they’re suing. The defendant says the plaintiffs left her high and dry, and she had to have everything deep cleaned because they were smokers.

    The plaintiff says the defendants crashed their car into her parked car and then her aunt’s house. They claim their brakes failed, but their insurance isn’t paying up, so she’s suing for the extra repair costs. The defendants say the plaintiff was already paid by the insurance, so they don’t know why she’s suing.

He loaned them bail money and sold them an engagement ring, but they still owe for it. The defendant says he’s paid back half the loan, but he and his older brother have a rocky relationship.
    The plaintiff says she pawned valuable jewelry at the defendant’s shop, but when she went back to retrieve the items a few days later, he claimed they were missing. She went back again and the shop was shut down for good, so she’s suing for the value of the missing goods. The defendant says he moved location because of a leak in the store and claims the plaintiff didn’t have the money to get her things.

The defendant says she gave her ex $500 to cover it, and she insists the accident was just a fender bender.
    The plaintiff says he and his stepfather rented a space from the defendant for 10 years to use as a fishing shop. It closed when his stepfather passed away, but now the defendant won’t return his security deposit, so he’s forced to sue. The defendant says the shop’s floors were worn and needed to be replaced, and the whole place smelled like live bait and needed to be cleaned.

Longtime fan of the syndicated show, so naturally it continues to the podcast. I walk my dog while listening, often I’ll find myself reacting out loud lol
