Patrick Jacobsen, often known as PJ, was born in New York but spent most of his upbringing from the age of three at race tracks across the United States and eventually around the world. He began his journey by claiming dozens of national dirt track racing championships before transitioning to asphalt and pursuing his dreams in Europe. Over the past 20 years, he has raced against some of the world's best motorcycling talents.

All of these experiences have led him back home to the MotoAmerica championship, where he has spent the last several years facing the highs and lows that a racer can encounter, both on and off the track.
