Mental Performance Help
I’ve been to lots of golf mental performance seminars and had coaching. This guy’s explanations and framework is exactly what is was looking for.
I hope they don’t stop doing this. I’m starting to relisten to all the episodes again.
The Best Mental Game Podcast!
This podcast is hands down the best around for the mental aspect of golf, and I have listened to all them. Dr. Priors insights are so practical and based on clinical research in psychology and how our brain’s work compared to the stereotypical “don’t think about the trouble” cliches that are so prominent in the sport. Then you also get the insight of the top golf instructor I’ve ever been around with Chase Cooper. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
I’m a high school golf coach and swing instructor. I’ve been around players at every level, including some now on the PGA Tour and LIV. If you’re a junior golfer looking to play at the next level, or the parent of a junior golfer looking to support them, this is the best free resource you can find!
Love it
Fellas, I absolutely love the podcast. My son who is nine just got into golf has been enjoying listening to it as well. It has not only been educational, but it’s been great bonding for the two of us. Keep up the great work.!
