She runs for Saucony. She is a 2x Olympian and has set a lot of American Records in her career. She still holds the 10k American Record in the 10k which she set at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

Molly is a new mom so we talk about postpartum running and what that has looked like for her and what her goals are for the future.

Molly is also the co-host of the podcast, Keeping Track, and the co-author of the book, How She Did It.
