I'm Afraid of Rejections RAWHONEY

Ahhhh, I can be so good at making sure I don't hear "no"! Perhaps that's why I developed the need to be perfect, because perhaps being perfect meant I wouldn't hear "no". But are "no's" really that bad? It all depends on what you make it mean. When you say you are afraid of rejections, what are you really saying? You're probably really saying that you're afraid people may find out there's SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. So you're avoiding "no" because it may trigger internal feelings of unworthines...
