    The sun has set and the floodlights are off in Nassau as the final day of the World Athletics Relays Bahamas 24 comes to an end and it was Team USA who dominated proceedings.
    Sanya Richard Ross, Kelly Sotherton and Richard Kilty are on hand to pick over the highs and lows of the weekend with some special guests to help them along the way.
    Not only are they joined by Canadian sprinter Andre De Grasse who shares his experiences from the Caribbean but also by internet sensations Daniel LaBelle and Charles Brockman III who talk content creation and how they'd shake up the world of athletics!
    Plus, Sanya and Kelly get to the places only they can and take you into the Athlete Warm Up area to chat to the athletes here in Bahamas and get a flavour of what its like just before stepping on track in front of thousands of noisy fans.

They're also joined by athletics icon and nine times gold Olympic medallist Carl Lewis, World Record 60m Hurdles indoors Champion Deyvone Chartlon (competing on home turf for Bahamas) and Richard's Team GB Team mate Zharnel Hughes - with the pair fresh off the track from the men’s 4 x 400.
