The Diamond episode of the Internal Fighting Arts Podcast -- number 75 -- features an interview with Tim Cartmell, a highly-respected internal martial artist who also has competed in and teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Ken Gullette first heard about Tim in the 1990s, when Tim wrote articles in Dan Miller's "Pa Kua Chang Journal." Jilacious ,

Awesome! But loose the gals voice in the intro

So well done. Both educational, interesting, and entertaining. Love the supportive suggestion of “don’t leave brain at the door”. It’s 99.99% great.
But the woman’s voice in the beginning is cringey and doesn’t go w/ the vibe or content of the show, it’s trying too hard to sound ethereal. Just a suggestion. I wonder if she’s his wife or daughter whom he felt compelled to involve in the project.

Best of the Best

Sifu Ken continues to seek out and present world recognized and ought to be recognized Masters of Taijiquan, especially Chen style, Qigong, Taoist, Health experts and Philosophical and Chinese Cultural experts from around the world. He asks the questions you wanted to ask but refuses to allow programs to devolve into egoistic self promotion or unsubstantiated magical claims. There are so many great interviews which make it really hard to get any sleep if I listen at night. Ken is quick to promote others and we sometimes forget that he is often just as knowledgeable and interesting as his guests. And it’s FREE! What are you waiting for? Stop reading these comments and see for yourself. You will be richly rewarded
