The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas and Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his Defence Minister Yoav Gallant. Prosecutor Karim Khan said in a statement that he was filing applications for warrants of arrest before the Pre-trial chamber of the Court for Hamas' top leader Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif – a commander of the group's armed wing - and the group's Qatar-based political leader, Ismail Haniyeh.
